1/4/98  Corn Chowder  1/2 cup each chopped onion & celery
1 Tbsp butter
1 can(14 1/2 oz) Whole new potatoes, drained & diced
1 cup diced ham
2 cups milk
1 can Fiesta Corn drained
1 can (14 3/4) Cream style
White Corn  1. Cook onion & celery in butter in large saucepan until tender.
2. Add potatoes, ham, milk & corn.
3. Cover & simmer 15 minutes (DO NOT BOIL) stirring frequently.
Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Serve immediately.
Serves 4--6
May substitute 1 large potato, diced.  Elfrieda Postma  
